What is a fractional CTO?

A fractional CTO is senior technology leadership you engage part time, instead of hiring a full-time executive. Our team covers engineering, security, cloud, and product, so the guidance stays with a bench of leaders and your roadmap does not depend on a single person.

How much does fractional technology leadership cost?

Fractional technology leadership is priced as a fixed-price project or a monthly retainer, scoped to the work you actually need. We do not publish a rate card. After a short discovery call we propose the scope, the timeline, and the pricing for that engagement.

How long does an engagement last?

Project builds typically run four to twelve weeks. Fractional leadership retainers continue for as long as you want ongoing roadmap, architecture, and delivery oversight. A security and compliance sprint is usually shorter and is scoped to a defined readiness outcome.

How does your SOC 2 help work?

We start with a readiness assessment, then remediate controls and architecture and prepare evidence alongside your auditor and the GRC platform you already use. The same engagement can cover ISO 27001. We do not replace your auditor or invent a certification outcome.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. We work with startups and with established companies. Engagements use flexible models, including fractional technology leadership from our senior team. We scope the work to your roadmap as a fixed-price project or an ongoing retainer, and we stay involved through delivery.

What's your pricing structure?

We use fixed-price projects or ongoing monthly retainers. The choice depends on scope and complexity, not a published rate card. After a discovery call we send a proposal that states the scope, the timeline, and the pricing for that specific engagement.

Can you help with an existing project?

Yes. We assess an existing product, stabilize what is fragile, and augment your team where you need extra engineering, security, or product leadership. A codebase audit and rescue engagement is one of the ways we start that work with you.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. After a launch we offer maintenance and support so the product keeps running. That can sit alongside a fractional leadership retainer, with our team covering delivery oversight, architecture, and the issues that show up once the product is in production.
